Categories

Overaged Players

Exemptions for over aged players are given by the organisers. The exemption is for a player maximum one year older than the age limit in question. Dispensation can be given to several players in the squad but only one player per match is allowed to play, except for G14, G16 and G18 where we allow two over aged players per match. Player with dispensation can only represent the team the dispensation is valid for. Team must clearly indicate the over-aged players in the on-line team list before the tournament starts. Girls may play in boy’s teams in class B 12-16. No other dispensations will be given.

We keep the right to cancel a category if it has less than 8 teams registered.

Prices

The best teams in each category will be awarded with a diploma, cup and medals (max. 20 per team).

Match Time

The tournament will be played according to the valid IFF rules, with the following modifications:

The match time in all categories will be 2x15 minutes; quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals will be played 2x20 minutes.

The playing time will not be measured effectively with the exception of the last 3 minutes of the eliminating matches – starting from the quarterfinals.

There will be no team time-out with the exception of the eliminating matches starting from the quarterfinale.

Referees

Referees are nominated by Czech Floorball Union. We welcome also referees from other countries; in case of interest please contact our Head of the Referees - Mr. Jan Jirovský

Preliminary System

The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all teams will meet in round robin series. All teams in each group will advance to the play off. The ranking in the group will decide your opponent in the play off. All play off matches will be decided by the cup system (direct elimination).

Insurance

Every player is taking part in the tournament on his own risk. The participants are not insured by the organizer. Every team leader has to make sure that every participant is insured both off and on the field. The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury of the participants during the tournament.

Registration

The same as the previous years we have to obey the rule: "First come first served" because the number of participants is limited. Please complete the registration by the on-line formular before April, 30th 2013. After completing the registration form each team will be provided a registration number. This number will enable you to add or correct the team information (like accommodation, trainings or friend matches requests and team lists). In case of queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is EUR 210/team and must be at Tatran's account  by April, 30th 2013 , via SWIFT to:

Please note that the registration fee is not refundable (provided the team is confirmed the participation) and the amount is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by  transferring team.

To prevent unnecessary bank charges the payment should be done as SEPA transfer in EUR specifying the payer’s and beneficiary’s account numbers in the IBAN format, the payer’s and beneficiary’s identification codes (BIC), the „SHA“ fee payments code and no special processing requirements .

Individual Fee

Any team that does not accept any of the lodging alternatives offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee. This fee includes also the activity card. For teams that book the lodging via the organisers the individual fee is already included in the cost for lodging.
